1 c margarine
1 c peanut butter
1 c sugar
1 c Brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Hershey kisses (or Dove hearts for Valentine's Day!)
In a bowl with mixer at medium speed beat first six ingredients until fluffy. At low speed, beat in next four ingredients. Shape into 1" balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 350 for 8-9,minutes or until lightly browned. While still warm, press kisses into cookies.
