A friend brought these over one day as an unnecessary thank you for watching her cute kids. Boy am I glad she did! Peanut butter cereal treats are right up my alley of dessert I can't get enough of. Brett didn't care for them as much as I did, so incidentally, I ate nearly the whole batch myself. Next time I will follow Brya's example and SHARE with my neighbors!
2 C marshmallows
2 C rice krispies
2 C dry roaster peanuts
2 C crunchy peanut butter
Mix above ingredients together. Then pour 1 lb melted white chocolate (almond bark works great) over the top and stir again. Drop by spoonfulls on to wax paper and let harden for about 2 hours.
