Easy Peach Jello Jam

This is one easy recipe for jam! 

6 cups fruit (mashed)
3 cups sugar
6 ozs jello (peach gelatin) 
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

1.Mix fruit and sugar in large pan.
2.Bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes.
3.Add Jello.
4.Freeze in freezer containers.
