Chip Dip (Mexican Caviar)

1 can of shoepeg corn – drained
1 can black eyed peas (or black beans are tasty too) – drained
2 chopped tomatoes
1 bunch cilantro – chopped
1 bunch green onion (I substitute cucumber here)
1 envelope Italian dressing (made according to pkg directions)

Mix together and Add
2-4 avocadoes, chopped before serving

Serve with tortilla chips
